Geoscore

This application surves as a source of geoscore - client risk score based on its geography. Complete documentation is on gitlab.

What Geoscore is for and how it works

  • Tool to compute risk score of a client based on their residency location withing Czech Republic
  • It matches the address with RUIAN registry
  • Then it uses features obtained from open intelligence to predict risk score of this location
  • Works as REST API service and hosted web application

Input

  • Address of the location in the Czech Republic in free text: "Čechova 10, Prague - Letná"
  • It is assumed that there is only an address, nothing more
  • No assumptions on the order of address elements, separators
  • Recognized address elements: municipality, part of a municipality, city district, street, house number, zip code

Output

  • Matching to RUIAN as a list [(address, probability)], e.g.:
    > Čechova 225/10, 17000, Prague 7 (88%)
    > Čechova 1128/11, 53003, Pardubice (10%)
    > Svatopluka Čecha 10, 25614, Letná Lhota (1%)
  • Output also includes RUIAN,GPS, and a set of internal features

Additional Features

  • Allows batch processing (text file, one line per address)
  • Sufficient processing speed (input can have millions of lines)
  • Low latency of individual queries (up to 0.1 s, prioritized over batches)
